I moved into a 1-story North Creek Townhome in March 2016. This was my third move since selling my home in 2012 when I moved to Marquette. For me, this is HOME. It met my needs in all aspects. It’s 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a two-car garage. Close to everything including the bike trail. The yard and snow removal are provided. I have a small dog and that was a big plus! I no longer wanted the responsibility of the upkeep of a home. The neighborhood is friendly. If anything needs attention, a phone call or text to the property manager is swiftly taken care of. I love my new ‘home’ and hope this will be my home for many years to come! -Diane K.

My experience living in North Creek Townhomes has been a very satisfying and idyllic way of life for my husband and I. (And our dog). We are so comfortable and well attended to regarding our snow removal and landscaping in the summer. Also a super pleasant staff to deal with and the icing on the cake! When our family decided to leave our mall location & construct a new building for Jandrons Fine Jewelry, we heard that Lynn Swadley was “the best”. When we initially met with Lynn, we really had no clear idea of what our new building would look like, we only knew where it would be located. We truly were at the very beginning of the development stage. Lynn’s vast knowledge of the planning needed from this point on, was immeasurable. He guided us through the next 6 months of this process, offering us much needed step by step direction, to keep us within our projected timeline. As none of us had ever taken on a project like this, we often remarked that we could never have done something like this without Lynn’s expertise. We broke ground on June 13, 2016, during a record breaking construction boom in Marquette. Our Jandron Retail Center was to be completed by the end of December…and it WAS finished on time! With a project like ours, that began with basically “an idea” in January 2016, and resulted in a beautifully constructed 7,700 sq.ft. Retail Center less than one year later, it was truly amazing! Near the end of our project, during a meeting with Lynn at his office, I happened to notice other clients plans in large rolls just like ours. It was the first time that it occurred to me, that we were not his only clients! He was always reachable, and not only had the ability to keep everything straight, but always seemed to stay one step ahead, avoiding any unforeseen delays. Our family now agrees- Lynn Swadley is the best!
